Salida automática 20:30

Ficha salida automática a las 20:30 cuando hay días que salgo más tarde de esa hora. Fallo grave. Se añaden mis nóminas sin mi consentimiento a esta app. Debería de ser ilegal compartir esta información así a la ligera

No funciona sin datos

Ya me ha pasado en varias ocasiones que he fichado sin tener datos la app me ha dicho que ficharía automáticamente cuando tuviera datos y no lo ha hecho

No lo recomiendo , muchísimos fallos.

Soporte nulo

Pues eso, para venderte el producto te atienden rápido pero una vez lo compras te tardan mucho en atender, es más debido al mal soporte que tienen he decidido cancelar la suscripción y no te atienden y siguen cobrando la cuota incluso después de cancelar, ponen excusas como que no pueden llamarte por teléfono, que no te pueden localizar y van haciendo que pierdas tiempo, en resumen he pagado tres meses y no he echo servir ninguno el programa, bajo mi punto de vista es una empresa muy poco sería.

Se bloquea en iPhone

Ya van varias veces de pantalla en blanco en iPhone. Solo queda desinstalar y volver a reinstalar para que vuelva a funcionar. Por lo que leo no soy el único que le pasa, por lo que departo sea fallo de hardware. Inadmisible para un software de pagado que estás obligado a utilizar para fichar

Fichajes no se actualizan

Cuando fichas el marcaje no se actualiza en la app, tienes que salir y volver a entrar para verlo. Arréglenlo por favor

Geolocalización desactivada

Al intentar fichar a través de la app me aparece el error del permiso de geolocalización. La app tiene permisos y he desinstalado e instalado, pero sigue sin funcionar.

Constantes crasheos

Está app, siendo que se usa para fichar y contar tus horas laborales funciona fatal, tiene constantes crasheos, pantallas blancas en iPhone y es lentísima… ¡Mejorad vuestra app!

Hasta hoy…

Ha dejado de funcionar y no carga la aplicación, con lo que no es posible fichar. Cuenta de pago iOS 17,5
