Dear SeaWorld The only thing that people learn from visiting a SeaWorld park is how miserable life is for animals held there. The intelligent, social ocean animals kept in the cramped tanks at SeaWorld are denied everything that is natural and important to them. Please make the humane decision to start moving the captive orcas and other marine mammals to coastal and wildlife sanctuaries and replace the animals with state-of-the-art virtual reality and animatronic exhibits that will wow visitors of all ages. The app needs improvements. I am not seeing my season passes and every time I try to link it it won’t let me link my season passes. I have tried to see if I could purchase guest tickets from my season pass Benefits or discount whatever the cases but it’s not letting me. The app needs a lot of fixing. When I call it’s like they don’t know what’s going on. I explain and they keep saying that the app is having some technical difficulties. It’s been over a month and I’m getting the same issue. Looks like this will be my last season pass to Sesame Place.

I bought tickets and downloaded the app. Signed up and got an error message for two days. Finally the app opened and now it can’t recognize my purchase made with the same email to have tickets on the app. Customer support is non-existent.

During the most important time, the app was completely non-functional. Kept getting login errors, weird glitches, and was unable to pull up season pass or reservations, or use the map. After a reinstall, I was completely unable to log in through the app at all for the rest of the visit. Seems like maybe there were some server errors and this was bad timing, but a very disappointing experience.

Very easy to use in the park. Very helpful. One of the best theme park App!

Always fun! The characters are great. The park is kept very clean and the overall park appearance is excellent.

Both the app and the website do not work properly, sign in issues that won’t allow me to review previous purchases and redeem guest passes.

Friendly cast members fast service … welcome show was adorable

It’s a good app, but it would’ve been better if it had Apple Pay. It would’ve made the checkout quicker since I don’t have to go look for my card.
