Fantastic app my kids both love it and have never had issues with sound ect

We never used to have this issue with the app, but lately I’ve noticed if the Sesame Street app is open or being actively used, the battery on both the iPhone or iPad drains dramatically faster than normal. Phone battery usually lasts most of the day, but after an hour with the app it’s at like 13%. It’s a shame because the app content itself is absolutely fantastic, but I had to uninstall because of this.

I miss the classic games like example sink or float with Cookie Monster and Emma and family food with baby bear and his family etc etc etc so please bring them back I will really love it. Ps if you are only going to pick two pick my favourite ones sink or float with Cookie Monster and Emma and family food with baby bear and his bear family

In the past few month the app is suddenly stuck in offline mode despite being connected to Wifi. Have tried reinstalling several times and it isn’t fixing the problem. Please fix this error!

Past week says off line mode only even when we are connected to wifi. Have tried to delete app several time and on multiple devices, still not resolved. Please fix.

This app used to work flawlessly but the most recent update made the UI less usable by changing the size and color of some buttons and you can’t play a video without it stopping on its own at least once. Tried deleting it and reinstalling but that didn’t fix anything

Good app in general but since last update videos will now randomly pause using IPhone 7 Max. OS 14.71

My toddler loves this app. Since the update 1 week ago it’s super glitchy and will freeze constantly. You can’t navigate easily anymore either. Please go back to the previous layout, it was easy for littles to use.

This app is great as there are many videos to choose from, in a variety of learning areas (math, science, social development, etc). Creating an account is a must if your child has favourite videos, as the videos change locations and are more difficult to locate if they haven’t been added to your favourites list. CON -HATE the new update that pauses videos by touching the screen. My so gets so frustrated and upset because he accidentally touches the screen & pauses the videos he watches. We will have to stop using the app unless this option is removed, as he cries and throws the tablet/phone out of frustration.

I’ve been watching Sesame Street ever since i was a baby. Now,i got an app and i can watch all the videos or play games. I know,I’m 9 now,it might seem weird that I’m watching a toddlers show,but somehow i love it. I hope this is around for my future kids so they can learn important values. Just i play on a mute computer so can you support by adding words? Then i will give 5 stars!
