It crashes in opening.

App doesn’t have any buttons to process the billing, even login through website has the same problem.

Does not deserve star at all. Very troublesome. lagging here and there and now not able to access. Very frustrating!!

If I could give this zero stars I would Doesn’t work on iOS No fixes and no response despite numerous emails and calls.

This app is so laggy and not responsive

Could you please fix the app for us? It has been incredibly frustrating, especially for those of us who are working abroad and unable to access the app at all. Just last week, our daughter returned home from the U.K. and had a terrible experience because the app wasn't working. Despite her explanation that the app was malfunctioning, the security guards refused to let her enter. They could have checked the resident names on the system! We have already reached out to the management through email, but unfortunately, no action has been taken yet.

Please update the version.
