Not working
App is asking for app upgrade but when go to appstore it shows nothing ..app is not opening give error as upgrade version avilable

Has been my daughters best gift, can find her where in the park she is playing and call her back.

Good reliable product - the watch and the App. Only the accuracy of location is a problem when indoors. But that may also be limited by network connection.

It’s a very nice app to always be in touch with your kids and parents. Need to improvise the App appearance and features like GPS tracking and health status.

Hello. I need help with the watch. I bought this watch few months (CartBug Q50 Kids Smartwatch with GPS) and today it has stopped working. I am unable to charge it and it’s not starting now. What can I do next? I don’t know weather it’s charging or not as it’s not opening/starting. I really liked this watch, please help.
