What a horrible setup. Money monger. This marketing guy “yashwanth v” is not to be trusted. Paid the asked advance. Left my family standing on street . Said fill kyc and make full payment then only will be let in. Really. We were taking away your room. Right. Need refund & public apology. Guys Verify, beware, avoid

These people charge obscene amounts as rent for services - but service levels are abysmal. Please avoid, unless absolutely necessary. They wont pick calls after sales - just like a scamster would do. Housekeeping took my personal belongings when i wasnt in the room and their resolution was - it wont happen again. LOL. They wont share electricity bill - just charge you randomly. Please avoid!!! Be safe, rather than sorry. Settl is a sorry excuse in the name of co-living.

Rent is too high and they also don’t provide the service good. Every three month they raise the rent.

To whosoever reading this, don’t consider settl for your housing needs. These guys have an inefficient after sales service, they coerce you to sign new contract after moving in where they unilaterally change the lock-in period. Horrible experience, you will question your choice of being I. This horrible service apartment. The rooms are tiny and they charge ₹35800 of rent for a stupid 280 sft room, which has no ventilation

The whole idea od creating tickets to escalate and resolve issues is just a show, no one is going to resolve your issue and they'll close the tickets without any communication or confirmation

Settl gave pathetic services to their tenants. Once you move in then with the next month they increase the rent to 6k. Electricity bill is 3.5k approx for a month They’re fraudsters no one is there to listen to help. They always close the tickets and you don’t have anyone to contact to

Worst pg to stay in

Worst customer service ever. They are illegally charging you extra money in the name of electricity without a proof of bill. They randomly charge you twice ow thrice and if you’re not vigilant enough you would be paying to these scamsters. This company is highly non compliant as per Indian laws.
