It give you a chance to get fit best thing ever
Great daily workouts!
I love that you can have your own music and customize your own workouts for free! It’s also great to have a breakdown of your workouts and which body parts you’ve been focusing on. The one thing I would add is a weight tracker. Awesome app! Thanks so much!
Quick and effective!
Very easy to manage 7 minutes per day. Quick but effective especially when you mix up the workouts.
Seven is a life-line
I have been a daily user of 7 Minute since 2016 , and it continues to change my life. I have used it during travels all over the world, as well at home. It is an ingrained and healthy part of my daily routine wherever I am. 7 has been a stepping stone for all sorts of other health related activities. Now at 65–thus retired—7 continues to be a life-line. Your customer service is wonderful. Puts Exercise in Perspective
This app is amazing. It makes you realize what you can do in a short amount of time, and relieves a lot of the pressure that people put on themselves to exercise every day. I don’t care who you are or what you do; anyone can find seven minutes a day to better their lives.
