I have been consistent and done a workout every day since January 1st. Never missing a day. In March I decided to up it to 2 workouts a day. One random and one concentrating on my mid section. To say I’m happy with my results would be an understatement. I feel stronger. I can see the results. And I am so happy with the whole experience.
Motivating app
I like how you set alerts to workout, get the push to stay in the top group. I may not want to some days, but to stay going I will do multiple stretches. Then I have energy to do more or I just feel better and rest nicely.
Excellent app!
I would love more workouts for free users, but other than that, Seven is a great app!
