Isınma/Soğuma hareketleri
Esas egzersizler başlamadan önce veya egzersiz bittikten sonra egzersizin odaklandığı kas grubuna göre ısınma/soğuma hareketleri opsiyonu olsa çok güzel olur. Çünkü bazı hareketler başlangıç seviyesinde olmasına rağmen ısınma yapmadan yapılınca kas ağrılarına sebebiyet veriyor.

Over one year usage
7 is the best thing that prepares you disciplined gym. Even started gym doing regularly each morning. Sometimes 2x7 exercise💪. One thing to improve, please add time adjustment option for the customised training option. While we are choosing the figures we should also adjust the time.
Excellent app. It changes body shape and the health status with just 7 min/day exercise
