Hello, i paid to day a day pay use. I download the last version app on my iPhone 13. My account ok et my paiement was charged. Impossible to take a bike. Thanks to refund me imediately like i called you! But your answer le bla-bla-bla !!! Not a good experience.

Skip the foreigner id number if you’re a foreigner. Doesnt work sometimes when youre at a station though (happened to me and 2 friends at the same time so server must have been done)

first of all I’m a daily user : badly designed bike where all the weight is in the front which gives it a really bad stability. It’s really heavy too. All parts get used very quickly and on every bag there’s something wrong. Then the app : I have a bug every five or so uses and I have to restart the app log out and then re log in. Last but not least the annual price is twice what I pay in France for the same service. At least they got good customer support and that’s what saves it. So much to be done.

Not usable by foreigners as you cannot enter a foreign ID number or a passport number. Thus we cannot rent bikes.

La peor experiencia de transporte de mi vida soy de Sevilla y tenía buena impresión pero toda una decepción nunca más me montaría

La app no está mal pero las bicis son increíblemente malas. Tienes que hacer tanto esfuerzo por desplazar esa bici para ir a 2 por hora y las bicis particulares chatarreras de la gente te meten unas adelantadas. Mira que me quejo del bicimad de Madrid pero estas son malísimas. Por favor, haced algo por la pobre gente de Sevilla que coge estas bicis.

Buenas, por favor añadan el mapa de vista satélite para que sea más sencillo orientarse por la ciudad , y comparta características con google maps
