The app is well laid out with no tricky steps. It took very little time to complete my application for travel auth with the app and the response information was really useful and timely! Normally apps for this kind of thing are really tedious but this app is modern and to the point

Auch die Hilfe war nicht gut, ich habe dies der Behörde mitgeteilt bevor ich meinen Antrag eingereicht habe. Die haben geantwortet, ich solle Sie abfotografieren. Das habe ich getan. Die Kinder wurden dennoch nicht berücksichtigt.

Can’t upload existing photo,e.g. for id, although description says so. Can only take picture… Please fix ….

Als ich versuchte, meine Dokumente hochzuladen, brach der Vorgang ab. Jetzt kann ich nicht einmal mehr meinen Pass scannen! Wer programmiert so eine schrottige App?
Enttäuschend
Benutzen Sie lieber die offizielle Website! Die funktioniert sehr viel besser – die App bietet keinen Vorteil. Die einzige Aufgabe dieser App ist es, einen Antrag auszufüllen 🤬 Das Einreisedatum ließ sich nicht eingeben (war zu früh – wurde aber nirgends erwähnt). Einen Tag später ging es dann. Angaben werden aber nicht zwischengespeichert. Wird die App geschlossen, muss ich von vorne beginnen. Bereits getätigte Eingaben können nicht editiert werden (bereits ausgefüllte Sektionen lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen). Klicke ich auf „back“ (man könnte ja denken, dass man einen Schritt zurückgeht), lande ich auf der Startseite und muss von vorne beginnen. Beim Upload eines Fotos stürzte die App ab. Ich muss von vorne beginnen. Nach dem dritten Mal hatte ich keine Lust mehr.
