First the app didnt work in my I phone I tried to delete and re-install and again login but still it didnt work. Somehow I changed the password from calling to the support. Trust me I knew my password but somehow it worked. Now I cant login from my PC what is this this app is crazy even the web doesnt work ewwwwwww 🤌
There is an issue when the device is changed. Can not log into the app from the new device. It gives an irrelevant error saying 'device is already registered with another username'. Since the new device is a brandnew one there couldn't be such issue .. Suspecting any issue with appleid sync data. Please pay attention to this bug !
As a bank protection is essential. However we use mobile app for instant logins and instant payments. I dont know why people are not aware of that requirement. Examples: -We need to save beneficiary all the time. -OTP sends to email as PW protected PDF (How insane that is LOL) -Sometimes same device detected as another login and block the device -Need to do a long list of questionnaire to do a payment These are some example of how worst your mobile app is. Im really sorry but im personally not recommending this bank or the app for the another person

I can logging to the seylan bank online banking portal using a web browser but couldn’t logging using the application. I have reinstalled the application several times as per the advices given me through hotline without any luck.

Platform: iOS Instructions to recreate: Login to the app. Close the app without signing out. Open the application and try to sign in again.
There is login issue from the day 1 and I visited the branch and contacted support service still no one gave me the solution.
