今天寄了本儿童读物去上海,与DHL相比,价格便宜多了。上门取件很快,服务态度也挺好。
Beyond disappointed. Parcel was a birthday gift and contained a plushie, some supplements, and tea. They were supposed to just throw the supplements and ship the rest, but ended up the whole parcel got abandoned and my husband never received his gift. Paid the original amount and topped up about $20 extra for a total of about $100+ in shipping fees. Utterly ridiculous and absolutely awful service. I’ll never engage them again and i’ll recommend against ever using their services. SF not International.

The delivery man delivered my parcel without contacting me and delivered my parcel at an obscure location. I was never contacted where my parcel was dropped off and the status is updated as “completed” kn the app. I had to resort to calling the customer service to find out where my parcel was dropped off. This is grossly incompetent as any other delivery service in Singapore will contact the receiver to deliver the parcel, this company cannot even offer such basic service. If the deliver man updates the delivery location in the company internal system then why cannot send the location to the receiver? Doesn’t even bother to send a WhatsApp message? Such gross incompetence shows that this company does not care about its customer and their parcels at all

Tried to login using wechat, facebook or apple sign in. But doesn’t work cause i do not receive the verification code every single time they require me to bind my phone number to my account.
You should fire your IT team. I choose to login with verification code, but the app keep telling me wrong password. I try to reset password, ask to send verification code, again tell me wrong password... Your online ordering system is confusing too...
1. 下单的时候没有说明如何选上门提件的时间,打电话给客服问了才知道要放在备注里面 2. 下单的过程中每个问题都要小心回答,一不小心退后一步就要整页重填 3. 下单的时候没有说明要准备自己的包裹箱,again,问了客服才知道要放在备注 4. 一旦下单不能更改订单,要加备注需要cancel重填整个表!
Not able to link to my existing account previously created on website. Have to create a new account just for this app. Tracking doesn’t work either, only shows a blank screen after entering the tracking number (my tracking number is valid and can be tracked on website or wechat mini program) Totally useless app.
