Bad experience
I have iPhone XR and it is comparable for my device but still this app is not working in my phone 🤮🙂

Need new update
The last update you guys gave for this app was 3 years back, please give new update to this app, it lacks many useful features.
The app is not even registering the OTP
i have been trying for a long time now. And I have not even walked yet it shows steps such a gimmic

Unable to connect with phone
Unable to login the app with FB, google and Email Just wearing it to see time at night. No tracking details are send to phone Without login to app how can we see every thing Only the time is set when it connects to the phone via Bluetooth

I like this app than any other syncing app of any other device nice one!!
Its not counting my badges and me sleeping data steps also so please check it

Rectification of step count.
Step count problem as it does not respond to the data and shows data not found even after the two are connected. Needs a bit of rectification.
Apple Health
The band/app is not syncing with apple health on my iPad Mini 3 please work on the bug. Also, the sleep tracking is pathetic. Whenever I try to see, it says no data available. Please improve the sleep tracking algorithm. Pedometer is perfect! When are you guys releasing the new firmware update?
