If I am able give this app a zero rating, I would do it heartily. The user experience to register my child is so painful. The booking function is equally bad and buggy! Buttons start to randomly disappear and functions were disabled out of the blue which disrupted my booking for my child’s training. Why would SG basketball engage such a mediocre development team to work on this?
I would give this 0 stars if I could!!! Just to register a trainee, I am required to input so many info. Often the same info in different ways. Eg, required to submit a birth certificate or photo ID the trainee and then asks for birth date, name and other info. Aren’t these already on the birth certificate? Why the repetition? Extremely unfriendly and painful-to-use registration process. Also I want to read again the T&Cs of using the app but am unable to find it. Where do you hide it??
