Claim

I have an iPhone 6plus and my iCloud is full and I'm not able to update my phone’s version Therefore, your new update needs version 13 so I'm not able to update the app neither to check my account What should i do ?

Please put back auto sign in page

The app was better looking, better options, please put back personal account information (profile, account manager name and contact..ect.) And the log in was easier it opens directly to the passcode page now its harder to log in directly it take more time Please fix the welcome page in a way we can directly sign in . Thank you for you hard work

Where is the transaction description

We are no longer seeing the transaction description as it was before. For example bill domiciliation is the same to all: electric, phone, mobile, internet... so how we distinguish between them.

I take id and password from the bank but nothing work

Keeps crashing !

This is the third time the app crashes, last time it stopped working for a whole week! I couldn’t make any transactions ! Please fix this issue is getting on my nerves for the third time in 3 months now.
