Trouble opening
When trying to sign in on my iPhone screen locks up. I have to shutdown and restart for it to load.
Bad app
Worst app ever, clicks a card without me clicking it
Very easy to use
Very easy to use, tracks all of my order status and ready to use scans in one easy place
Nice but some bugs exist
The app is nice and very easy to use. When logging in the spinner does not stop. You have to close and reopen app. Cards do not transfer to My Cards after order has completed. Setting it n profile was properly set. If the bugs get fixed then the rating would be higher.
App is constantly freezing
I like the card grading service but the app constantly freezes up. Tried in-installing and re-installing and the issue still persists. Like some features of the app though but it just constantly freezes to where it makes it un usable..
Super late shipping
I ordered four cards for normal grading and it said the turn around time was 5-10 days. It has been a month and still no cards. The email that got sent to me that it was expected on a Thursday and it has said that it is in a city across the country and it is Saturday.
Loading Issue
I still get the loading issue that has supposedly been fixed. After log in, it just loads continuously. I have to delete the app and reinstall it each time for it to work. The heading company itself is great but the app is a major pain and disappointment.
Terrible experience
Why am I required to log in EVERY TIME I use the app?!!! It’s so frustrating. Be better. And in this case be more like PSA and remember my device AND my login!!!!
Grading speed is great but app user experience is a nightmare
Looking forward to receiving my 1st SGC order and will def utilize the service more often. However my only concern is the terrible experience with their app. Once I login, I get the spinning circle of “death” EVERY SINGLE TIME I login. It’s the worst app login experience I’ve ever encountered. Please have your application team address ASAP.
