The most positive and uplifting publication- worth a Pulitzer!
I love this app! It makes it easy for me to digest what I’m reading and help me pronúnciate foreign names & words correctly.
The last Living Buddhism is of March and not updating after that even though I have an active subscription
I cannot view any April 2024 publications are not visible. Refresh not working.
And subscription staff, these vignette style articles with their MP3 podcasts are so encouraging! I am able to forward them to various members and nonmembers alike in the morning so that they can get up and feel great about themselves. Thank you again for such concise and light forms of sunsets can encouragement. Have a great day! Paul.
The texts from WT and LB are a guidance to lead a virtuous life, challenging myself and being able to encourage others. The material provides a contemporary approach to Buddhism that leads to concrete solutions while giving long term wisdom.
In today’s world, there is an over-abundance of negative emotions, feelings and thoughts that people are suffering from. It is not unnatural, but rather genuine hardships which are affecting many people. Across all sections of society and countries. There is a great need for positivity. But not casual, small-scale positive stories which can often fail to truly lift someone in the depths of suffering. There is a need for positivity, rooted in the realities of society. A philosophy which doesn’t turn away from the hard questions, but rather can answer them comprehensively, confidently and in a way that uplifts others rather than make them feel bogged down with harsh realities. The World Tribune is one such source of positivity. I greatly recommend it.
I enjoy because I can take it with me and listen to the audio wherever I go it so convenience in a world of ever changing things it’s good to keep up with the times and having this apps keeps the words of wisdom fresh in my mind.
The app hasn’t been playing for a few months now.
This is a good app for reading the publications! I wish it did not close and go back to the homepage when I switched apps, though. I would like if it kept my place in what I was reading. Otherwise, I have no complaints!
