all the bins r literally always 90% full and I don’t think they ever acc collect it and when I the links to these bins aren’t even secure and the link to the WhatsApp the number isn’t even in it. thats useless also u have to make a whole acc before they tell u it’s full and when u go out of the app to check the code everything restarts and u hv to redo it
They previously allowed us to login on their website. The app adds nothing at all to the value chain nor ecosystem. To make matters worse, the app is not even maintained and crashes every damn time. This app sounds like the brainchild of an overpaid exec who thinks that having an app like everyone is a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.
You can’t use the search button. Stays at loading and nothing happens. Great idea, terrible user interface.

Suddenly today 16th Aug 2024 Account Unavailable Unable to Login Tried to reset password, app unable to send SMS for verification Please fix the app
The app would not let me register an account, it kept saying that the verification code I entered was wrong even though I had already double checked it was correct. The app then kept asking me to try again in 5 minutes even after 5 minutes had passed. After awhile I just gave up and threw away my device in the regular rubbish bin. Please fix the app!!
The Verification code and SMS is driving me crazy. Going to give up on recycling if the app refuses to let me reset password. Another noble idea horribly executed.

I reminded them so many times through whatsapp to clean their bins but they don't. They said they clean thrice a week but i checked very often and it was always filled. I believed whatever excuses they have but they never bother to come at least once a week
Can’t even get an SMS OTP to complete the verification (iOS). Thought maybe do it on website, but it’s only available via app. Disappointing.
