i use iphone 12 pro max. the app no open. i updat and delet and reinstalled Again also same no open the app.
Can be done on website. Why need an app for this?
Just needed to find out the expiry date of the work pass and forced to download the app. All this can be done on the website. So why need an app?
Outdated info
Scanning doesn’t work every time. Website redirection is faulty as well. Step by step manual shows “employment info” option on screenshot but it looks different on actual. Pdf should be updated so that information can be located. It should be made easier for fdw to navigate.
Keep stuck at beginning
I thought this app keep stuck at beginning so I update my phone to latest IOS, but after update this issue still happening!!!!

Camera qrcode scanning
Hi, im using iphone 14 pro max and it seems the scan qrcode of the app doesnt focus. Please fix. Thanks
Not loading in Iphone 14 Pro
Tried everything like forced close the app and reopen. Then try deleting the app and redownload but still the same - it won’t open or load and will just suddenly close. Is this compatible with Iphone 14? No problem loading it with my other iphone models.
Good. But certain things needed to update
After the scanning the document is very clearly visible That’s why given four stars. But the problem is we cannot save the scanned document in pdf format or something else. If that option is also available then I would have given five stars. Every year banks are required updates regarding the work pass
Stuck at first page
The app kept saying that I need to give permission but I already gave it access to camera and gallery.
