每星期試一次於手機開戶，仍然唔得！！！！已經係度留過好幾次言仍然沒有改善
你好，已經經常試係手機開戶仍然未能開到，於分行開戶需要最低結存，點解唔可以改善一下app開戶功能。係去到最後個步輸入密碼後不能確認。 本人手機使用iPhone 11 pro max IOS系統17.5.1 再開唔到就真係會投訴。到底係唔係上海商業銀行啲IT部係垃圾到咁樣！！！！ 可唔可以認真處理一下呢！！！
完全做唔到身份證驗證
垃圾系統，試咗咁多次個身份證驗證一直都做唔到

點拍都係有陰影

2018身份證不能驗證
貴行個app全廢，2018新智能身份證永遠都不會變綠色框，其他間間銀行也可以用app信用卡+手提電話+身份證號碼就可順利登記網上銀行，唯獨上商一定要ATM密碼，張信用卡用咗20年，張密碼紙都不知去咗邊，親身去分行都話唔可以驗證（真人有身份證都唔可以），係都要ATM密碼登記，分行又話做唔到登記，如要申領密碼紙就要報失張信用卡，邊有銀行好似你哋咁廢，擺明就係要屈人每月比$5，咁大間中資銀行都要屈錢，廢到嘔，唔識就向大新、滙豐同恒生銀行取吓經啦….環保，食屎啦你！
