Shadowing - English Speaking Exercise

I couldn't use it. the headphones are connected but only the message to connect headphones appears and does not continue.

When I click on mic inside the app I get a message saying that “please use a headphone to prevent audio from interfering with your voices”. Despite, I had connected my AirPods and my Sony Headphone I continue receiving the same message.

The app doesn’t work. It is lock. I restore de purchase today!

ヘッドホン使ってるのにヘッドホン使えとエラーがでてどうしようも無い

単語をタップして意味を調べるとアプリを閉じるまで動かなくなってしまいます。 機種、バージョンはipad pro16.1.1です　修正お願いします。

1ヶ月の無料トライアル終了後、とても良かったので続けたいと思いそのまま初月分をお支払いしました。しかし、スピーチ4からがまたロックされてしまい、どうにもならなくなってしまった。Free Trialを押すと「登録済み」のような文言が出るだけで、どうしたら良いのか分かりません。フィードバックで問い合わせもしましたが返信もなく…。とりあえず、初月分だけは支払い済みで悔しいですが、次月からは解約しました。毎日少しずつ続けたいと思っていたので残念です。
