水晶消費問題
前幾日因購買水晶，遊戲顯示為購買成功，卻已經扣款我的銀行帳號，後續我都有傳客服給你們，都一直沒有給我切確的辦法或是解決方案，處理事情效率真的很低，遊戲是好玩，我才會消費，你們一直不敢快去查我的儲值紀錄，也不給我答覆，我也只想要你們補我原購買的水晶即可而已，不然我最後還是會走退款流程而已，在麻煩敢快給我切確的解決方案謝謝你們。
