البرنامج لا يعمل
البرنامج لا يعمل منذ اكثر من شهرين بعد التحديث ع iPhone 6 بمجرد الضغط عليه يقوم بعمل اغلاق فورا ولا يفتح وانتظرت تعديل التحديث او الغائه ولكن للاسف لم يحدث اي تغيير برجاء مراجعة التحديث ع جميع الانظمه قبل نشرها لان هذا اصبح شيء سيء للغايه

اسوء خدمة عملاء لا يوجد خبرة فى التعامل ، العاملين بالشركة ليس لديهم خبرة فى التعامل والكلام مع الكلاينتس اسواء شركة وحرامية🤮🤬😡👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 انصح عدم التعامل معهم بيسرقو البينات

Worst experience ever
I paid my monthly installment using Etisalat cash the transaction was successful and the money was sent to the shahry merchant id however the application showed that the installment is not paid yet. I sent this complaint to the customer support but they were not helpful. Worst app, worst experience, worst customer support and totally not recommend

تطبيق سىء وإداره سيئه وصعوبة فى دفع الاقساط بالغرامه ..لا انصح باستخدامه
واجهتنى مشكله فنيه فى التطبيق بقالى شهرين وهى فشل دفع القسط بالفيزا من خلال الابليكيشن وفشل دفعه أيضًا من خلال ابليكشن فورى وأمان .. اكلم خدمة العملاء عشان اعرفهم بالمشكلة الفنيه دى وسرعة حلها قبل نزول الغرامه عليا ،،يردوا عليا بمنتهى الاستهتار انزل يا فندم ادفعها عن طريق اى ماكينة.. اقولهم بس مفيش اى مكينة قى محيط المنطقه التى اسكن بها واغلب الماكينات مش بيبقى فيها المبلغ الكبير ده ..يسكت ومايردش ... وفيه نقطه احب الومهم فيها انهم خلونى امضى على وصل وامانه عند التقاعد .. انا ندمانه اشد الندم على تعاقدى معهم
