Scam - don’t use. And no customer service response.
It is incredible that Apple promotes this closed black box of a crypto scam. I suspect Apple doesn’t care if its users private details get hacked. The app does not give you access to your own key. It does not inform you of your backup phrase. It does not allow you to transfer out your coins. When you try to sell your coins it uses a legit on ramp fiat pay but only allows it to open inside the app, putting your personal info at risk. It also doesn’t allow you to actually fulfill the transaction: in other words - your coins are held captive. Further, all emails to customer service go unanswered.
