Have been to the front desk of Makati Shangrila to consult re my original golden circle account that i cannot access. No one knows how to help me. Can u help?

SUDDENLY CAN’T ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT

I’ve been using this for awhile but recently when I tried logging in and place the right account and password. It suddenly redirects me back to the log-in page. Saying that I need to contact assistance cause my account can’t be activated. I’ve collected about 7,000 points already and it went to waste out of nowhere. Please fix this

Manila Staycation

Edsa Shangri La is our home away from home. The room is very comfortable our kids especially enjoy the spacious room and lounging in the bathtub, and most especially the kid friendly pool. The hotel staff are very accomodating. The location is also a plus, just a quick walk to nearby malls so we can enjoy our eatly Christmas shopping. ☺️
