Shape: Lucid Dreaming

I love it! Beautiful and comfortable app. Starting the exercises today.

I don't know yet how effective the techniques will be, but the app itself is beautiful to look at. The colors are stunning, the voice is nice & soft, perfect to listen to in bed. Loving this!

I love the app!! I love writing down my dreams and accomplishments the goals. I just got this app a week ago and used it 3 days ago. One problem is, however, I’ve been consistently writing down my dreams for the past 3 nights trying to do active recall and when I wrote my dream down for the 3rd night it said my streak was at 1 dream now But I’ve wrote down my dreams consistently for 3 days

This is my first time writing a review for an app. I don’t want to make it too long, even though there’s so much to say, but I’ll try to make it quick: this app is brilliant. I use it every single day to keep record of my dreams, add dream signs, etc. I also listened to all the meditation bits and whatnot. There’s a paid version that unlocks more of the meditation bits and lucid dreaming guides, but there are absolutely zero drawbacks from using the free version, at least for my needs. There are also no annoying adds anywhere, which is a huge plus. Customer support is also probably the best I’ve ever seen before. I reached out and emailed Shape for some suggestions/questions and got pretty much an immediate reply. If you’re looking for something simple and supportive, Shape is your answer.

This app will help you progress deeper into your practice until you are so lucid you find the next teaching tool!

This app has been a useful tool for my lucid dream practice. It has many useful resources like separate locations for dream signs and dream journaling, recordings to talk you through lucid dream induction practices and meditations, and lots of articles related to a wide range of dream topics. I wouldn’t give the last star for a couple reasons. I payed for the year subscription and I really wish there was more content like the recordings, or just something else to engage with. The problem is that once you complete the recordings (I think there’s 20 ranging from like 3 to 20 min) there’s not much else to do other than read the articles, record dreams and dream signs, and look at sleep stats. Essentially the app becomes a fancy dream journal and sleep stats visual. Don’t get me wrong, the app looks very cool and I really like the dream streak feature but it is also very frustrating that I cannot edit my dream signs. As far as I can tell once you record a dream sign it’s permanent, and if you wrote something by mistake or want to change something, tough. Add more content and fix the dream sign and it’d be an easy 5 star from me.
