You can’t add tasks/activities?? No task list to view?? This is not a CRM. Just a phone app.

The Shape mobile app is a lifesaver! I can easily call, text, and email my customers. I especially use the texting feature more than anything and also to follow up on my newly updated accounts in the prioritized pipeline views. My internet went out recently and I was able to do pick up my work right from my phone while the internet connection was being fixed

The app is limited in functionality. I’ve found it to be more convenient to just add the website login to your home page as an icon.

This software is next level!!!! Very easy to use, nice to look at, and increases my sales team’s performance by a lot. 10/10 recommendation for your business.

Thankful for a simple crm. This app allows me to do any and everything I can accomplish on my laptop. Nothing beats working on the go. The clean views on each page just makes it so easy to navigate. I would recommend this to everyone !!!
