This company has NO customer service. Charge you without authorization and refuses to help resolve the issue. Do not buy from them.

There was an offer on my order for a free bralette, but when I tried to click on it to add it to my cart, it would not work. ☹️

I found this site when I was looking for new bras. I don’t like those that feel like they are digging into you, I was looking for comfort and support. I found the Truly Kind Everyday Essentials Bra (hope I got the name right) so I thought I’d give them a try. I ordered the black XL. I was impressed by the quality right away. The fit was perfect and I must say they are the most comfortable bra I’ve ever owned. I know own several of them. The leggings I wear now are the basic ones. Black, fabric not too thick and very comfortable. As far as helping hide any lumps and bumps they were not meant for that. Having gained some weight, thanks to menopause, so I finally decided to look for something more supportive. I saw the high waisted ones on instagram and here I am to order a pair and try them out. I’m looking forward to receiving them after reading all the great reviews. When I get them I will definitely write a review as I appreciate other people’s reviews when trying to figure out sizing, comfort etc.

I didn’t receive my order but the status says delivered, when asked an agent they said they will replace it. So far so good. But then didn’t receive any email. Connected with so many agents who are rude by the way, some told me i will receive it in 4days, some disconnected chat suddenly, some gave me wrong order numbers just to make to disconnect the chat, later discovered it’s invalid, and when asked another agent they said it’s cancelled due to stock unavailability. But they are shown on app. This is total fraud. Don’t believe them at all.

I am so happy with the bra’s that I bought

I purchased I believe the truekind shaper bra an I have to say I’m truly disappointed. I find it very uncomfortable, the straps curl up . It’s not what you call one bit comfortable. I definitely won’t be purchasing another one.

The customer service is horrible. They email me automated responses for 3 days and I am beyond frustrated that they can’t even process a exchange.

I love all the things I have purchased from Shapermint. I live in the high waist shaper leggings. A month ago, I ordered 4 bras and ordered what I thought was my size. When the order arrived today, I found I was dreaming and needed the next size bigger. Also, today, before the parcel arrived, I ordered another bra in the same size. Tonite, I chatted online with one of the wonderful reps and they are sending me 5 bras in the correct size. When I asked for the address to return the ones I have, she said there was no need to return them - to give them to a charity or whatever. What a wonderful surprise. I adore this company. I feel good in their leggings etc and will continue to order from them from now on.
