In general the app experience and interesting changes the team experiments with, is very good. Also the app has never crashed or given troubles and is easy to use & navigate. Unfortunately, the program though can be managed well at back end & by tech teams. Recently Offers promised are not fulfilled on meeting all T&Cs and needs a lot of follow up; off-late on several occasions.
Worst experience trying since last week unable to register just redirecting to app store
It may be a good think but only on advertising , i dont have any idea about this
I registered and tried to login but it is showing wrong credentials though all credentials are correct
There should be the option for the cancellation of submitted receipt
Must have app in Dubai daily life
Used to work before. now it just doesn't open. why can't the counter add the points using mobile number ??? This is so old style ... opening and scanning app at a counter
Invalid phone no while doing sign up
When we are in store and trying to open app it never work. Later when we see the queue behind us we have to give up the points. My club was really good and they stopped that and opened this scrap. Unbelievable.
It gets logged out automatically and during login, there is no save password option. When you click ‘forget password’ it won’t work.
