Both devices are on but will not recognize iPhone

Works great with 4x6 labels using eBay and Pirateship. When label is generated hit save and the app pops up in the option menu to save to, than hit print and you’re good to go.

This app and printer it’s really bad. I never can use because I can’t connect the Bluetooth with the printer.

If you need something simple this is it. Took me 2 minutes to set up and start printing. The paper is thin and curls like a receipt but if you're just printing to sign docs then to scan and send digitally this is definitely a perfect device.

Got the printer to print directly from my iPhone and save money with thermal paper. Honestly it took 30 seconds after opening the box to print a PDF with the app. Very impressed. Maybe it doesn’t work for all use cases but for my needs it’s perfect.

have I wasted good money on buying this printer ? It won't scan the QR code, so then what am I supposed to do? is it a complete fail because the app cannot scan the code as it appears on the booklet? I'm disappointed and I would not recommend this app or this product.

Since I have my portable printer, I have not run into any problems whatsoever. I enjoy the fact that I could take it just about anywhere and print out any documents that’s needed. This is truly the best investment I have made in a long time.

Cannot import files, and sticker/label printing is almost useless. Way too much finagling to try to get a simple print done.

App shuts down after every. Single. Page. That I try to print. So I have to reopen, reconnect, and figure out the next page I need to print and repeat the whole process again. Bought this printer to save me time and it’s pointless
