Sharvy is a digital solution to manage shared spaces in a company. All in one application, optimize your parking spaces (and control your associated charging points), workstations and/or any ressources you want your collaborators to share.
The goal: Making it easy for employees to reserve spots and favor mobility.
In a post Covid context, Sharvy allows you to monitor the attendance rate of your offices/workplaces and also to ensure that the health of your workers isn’t being put at risk.
Key features:
- Release and reservation of parking spaces and workstations by employees,
- Reservation of resource slots (can be used for lockers for example),
- Automatic allocation of spaces by the algorithm, according to the priority rules defined by the administrator and depending on teams,
- Management of the type of parking spaces (small vehicle, SUV, bike, motorbike, electric vehicle, PRM, carpooling, etc.), areas and workstations,
- Definition of the occupancy rate,
- Dynamic map of the car park and workstations,

Tout est à revoir, hallucinant que cette application soit sortie et sur les parkings l’accepte en l’état.
Application insupportable
C’est absolument insupportable de devoir se reconnecter régulièrement de devoir retrouver un mot de passe avec un workflow qui ne fonctionne pas et qui nous l’oblige à nous connecter sur le site Internet Internet via mobile et non pas sur l’application

Quand on regarde quelle place on a sa deselectionne et si on veut faire une resa en meme temps ça annule notre place très mauvaise UX

Appli fonctionnelle
L’appli est fonctionnelle, je l’utilise au quotidien depuis 15j. Dommage qu’elle ne soit pas compatible Applewatch et qu’on ne puisse pas créer de raccourci. En 2 roues, devoir appuyer 2 fois sur le même bouton pour ouvrir la barrière ce n’est pas le plus ergonomique ! Avis aux Devs’ 😉
Mauvaise ergonomie
L’ergonomie de l’application est vraiment très mauvais. Lorsqu’on veut vérifier la place attribuée sur une journée cela génère une demande d’annulation de la réservation. Il est alors uniquement possible de confirmer la demande mais impossible de l’annuler. Navigation a revoir sérieusement dans cette application
