Brilliant app to track spending with a discount on fuel.
The only issue I have is my payment card for invoices has always been a Visa Debit card for over 2 years and never been an issue. My card expired and when adding new Visa Debit card details (same sort code & account number) it gives me a error and support team tell me I can only add a Credit Master Card or Visa..
All this time iv been using a Visa Debit so not sure if thing have changed..
Now the only way for me to pay is waiting for the payment to be declined then paying via the Pay By Link method but that blocks my Fleet Card & have to wait few days before its re activated.
Would love a contact number for support team as the email team never understand or don’t reply to in depth queries.

Awful log in
Been trying to log in all day. Keeps saying security error. I am stuck. Poor app.
App is awesome
This helps me so much to manage expenses. You get a nice little discount on fuel and I love the new pay at pump option. It’s a no brainer
Broken UI
Please fix the account spending page. The revamped app looks good but the only reason I use this app is to see how much I’m spending which hasn’t worked since the major update. Please fix this and also add a page where I can see the final amount with a discount.
Terrible App
Still can’t change my credit card details. Still keep getting logged out. Still not getting told when payment is due.
Would be much better if Shell just used a normal website and email notifications. This is a hammer to crack a nut.
Credit limit
The app update lowered my credit limit
Surely there should be testing before you send out an update and lower people’s credit limits, this caused me not being able to fuel using my company card
New app update has removed weekly spend limit
The new app update has removed the weekly spend limit so the now the app is completely useless. All it now shows is your your monthly limit instead. Got declined yesterday at a fuel station because of this. You need to rectify this immediately.
Truly awful
Card never works. Email them and it’s total incompetence - don’t bother.
Nearly perfect app
This app hits the ground running. I don’t understand why people have difficulty signing up or logging in.
One feature I would suggest is to show me when I can use my card again after using it. When I use my fuel card, I can’t use it for 7 days. It sounds simple to track it myself, but it’s a nifty feature I would appreciate having!
Other than that, it’s great! Does exactly what it’s supposed to do!
Unable to see invoice
Unable to see my invoice. Invoice keep disappearing on the app on the regular thing. Customer service kinder useless to fix the issue
