Crashes every time I try to watch a video

Can’t open crates because the video crashes. Without crates it’s useless!

Please respond have spent $$$ and now can’t play

Hello I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and since the last update I haven’t been able to logon or even play the game!! Very disappointed and wanting my money back!!

Doesn’t load

Good shelter game when you can actually get into it. It’s a matter of chance wether it will load first time or on the 50th time. Appears to be a problem the developers don’t want to fix and has been there for a long time

Slow servers, do not play

The servers are constantly broken/ slow/ under maintenance… even if you pay for premium, don’t waste your money. It’s so slow it’s not worth the time or money to keep playing.

Constant crashing

This is just the type of game I was looking for, but unfortunately it crashes constantly. I’ve only been playing a couple of hours and it’s crashed more than a dozen times, it’s gotten so bad I can’t even open it for more than 20 seconds before it crashes.

Zero star P2W Bug Ridden Game

This game is a big time PAY to Win game. Just when you think you can get ahead in the game by advancing your characters, they match you up against enemies that are more powerful than you. There is ZERO game balance and the only way to really get ahead is to spend hundreds of dollars on the game. It would not be so bad if this game was also not so BUGGY. Mission was to defeat 35 rounds in the Doom Dome. However, the game refused to acknowledge the wins. According to these geniuses at Royal Ark (6*3=15) and (6*3*2=30). Apparently, (6*3) + (7*3) + 1= 35. For everybody else in the world, 6*3*2=36 and when you add 4, you get 40. This is not the only time that the geniuses at Royal Ark forgot how to program their game to count properly. They are probably starting at 0, instead of 1. Anyway, I might press on till I can defeat Mr. Grump. However, despite getting more powerful, they just made Mr. Grump even more powerful, so I might DUMP this crappy pay to win game before I defeat Mr. Grump.

Fun

No pop-up ads which is great. Classic shelter game, funny dialogue and some small unique features . May get repetitive but don’t all the games .

Bug stops any further progress after 2 hours of playing

really loving this game and its completely understandable that its still in development so there will be bugs but im at the stage where the robot says that because of my bases rapid advancements my neighbours will attack etc... but i cant exit the cutscene so now i cant do anything please fix cause im enjoying this game and ive spent some money on it and id hate to see it go to waste.

Buggy

Wont let me proceed through fighting enemies on a regular basis.
