Too many problem with this app,every time I filled out the job and saved it always give an error,spent more time on the app than a rượt job itself

This software having so much trouble even when you filled everything in correctly sometimes it give you an error when you sent it in, some times the notes or pictures just disappeared when you sent in your reports

App location stays open no matter what, and cannot save information.The app is super slow; takes forever to load simple/completed task. Taking photos of your work causes major problems(even personal photos while app is running).

This is a great app for tracking worktime and parts usage

This software is overly complicated. It requires many steps to accomplish simple tasks. If you do anything slightly wrong in any of the steps it doesn’t work and if it gives you an error message it usually isn’t clear what the problem is. Even when you do everything correctly it still doesn’t work half the time. Even logging in often doesn’t work for no apparent reason and sometimes requires a dozen attempts before working or requires using a different device. Even when everything works as it is supposed to it is extremely slow and you have to wait for it to load after every step which often takes 39 seconds to a couple of minutes. All of this applies to the IPhone app and the web app. I never write reviews but this is quite possibly the worst software I have ever used.
