Amazing

Love this place! Would highly rec to anyone! Friendly staff. Easy access. Walking distance anywhere. Lovely pools. Plenty of seating at pool and eateries.

The app is very easy to use!

Issues with reservations

App has been horrible this month. Seems like every time you try and book or look for availability, error message appears to call. Who wants to call and wait an hour for a liver person? This has been ongoing for weeks. What’s going on???

Constant issues

Constant issues. Latest, is a message pops up “we are having technical difficulties. please try again”. The app crashes often.

It doesn’t work

I’m a Sheraton resort owner and have used the app for years. But the latest release of the Sheraton/Starwood site simply doesn’t work. Every request times out - it’s useless. Someone didn’t QA this release. And the app doesn’t work on my phone, tablet and computer.
