Sherpa Driver Reviews

Not as good as it used to be

Stafff✌️ on

Australia

Jobs available on this platform nowadays is next to none (Brisbane). Better off using more popular delivery apps rather then waiting for jobs to come through on Sherpa.

A lot of bugs in this app

Disappearedplayer on

Australia

Offer always disappeared in second, and then it shows offer expired after 20 seconds. Can you set a loud alarm for the offer and reminder please? How stupid to cancel a job one hour before the scheduled time just because the driver didn’t heard the alarm to confirm the job? Why you need a double confirming from the driver? Stupid company

WORST COMPANY

impexus on

Australia

Never seen a worse mismanagement company! They went from top of the line to bottom with a year or two!! Absolut bunch of unprofessionals, outsourcing support to the Phillipines and losing clients front right and centre! And to top it up, they make their professional, good drivers leave or they kick em off the platform due to their insane strickt „guidelines“! No wonder your clients turn their back on you!! Shameful!

Very hard to sign up

This app has one of the most useless and ineffective way of getting people onboard ! If you are incapable of handling new applications then maybe you should understand why you are not the leading delivery company and whoever started this application should address new problems and find solutions for that problem ! Now I’m fed up with the signing up process and not gonna be a sherpa driver ! But I wish you good luck and hope you can make it easy for other people who wants to make a living as a delivery person !

Big problem with the technical team

Sanketdar on

Australia

Being a top summit player and not receiving a resolution for an exclusive job offer from the staff can be disheartening. It's important to communicate your concerns and inquire about the status of your application to ensure that your talents and skills are recognized and given the attention they deserve. I am facing the issue since last 4months so i had tried to communicate with technical team many many times regarding that but no resolution provided . Never refer it.

It used to be good.

It used to pay slightly less than some other platforms but now they want you to deliver full grocery shops for $7-$8 each. These shops can weigh up to 50-70kg frequently. Why would anyone do this when you can get paid the same on a different app to deliver a bag of McDonald’s…

Worst App on this earth
