Great app only issue is it does not retain past shifts permanently which I need at times to refer back Yes I have lost all my previous shifts again. Can these be retrieved please

Keeping Track close contacts in case of COVID
I love this app for scheduling but also now use it to keep track of anyone I’m in “ close contact “ with so if I become COVID positive and I’m contacted by contact tracers I will have an easy record. I use the STAND BY tab but if they created a new tab this would be AMAZING. Like the shift tab but you could individually populate a list of your friends or family that you might have spent more than 15 mins less than 2 meters. Could have a close contact vs casual contact option. A great app for keeping track of and sharing schedules. I have used other shift working apps but this one rocks!
Keeps freezing adding overtime
Ok so Shift pattern added but I had to allow access to my private colander which was stupid as it upset my daily set calendar.. then when I got going and added the overtime shift it froze and after 5 mins it showed someone’s birthday that I don’t know????

Depend on this app for my memory of events past and future, hate that the history disappears ... Sorry but I got a response with information on how to restore information, which I have now lost , please can you resend. Thanks

Almost impossible to change shift pattern once it is set!!!
I loved this app until my shift pattern was changed-now the app is just frustratingly difficult to adjust!!!my old shift pattern is saved by my email address and I have deleted it so many times for it just to keep repeating my old shift pattern! :-(
