App is ok except the QR code scanner doesn’t actually work. Gives an error prompt whenever you try to use it.

Can you please put option to pay with applepay? Some of us don't like to use our cards.

I have downloaded the app deleted it downloaded it at least three times it’s not allowing me to press the enter button or to sign up. The keyboard is stuck in the middle and it does not allow it to go down. I called for customer service two weeks ago no one called me

This app charges you 35cents add any amount of money onto your account with a credit card even though it’s supposed to be “convenient” to wash your clothes by downloading an app, adding money, and then starting the washing machine through your phone. If you couldn’t infer than yes there a lot of parts which can go wrong including issues with the washing machine not starting up if Bluetooth/connection isn’t working right. Washing machines needing to be “smart” is already annoying, but somehow the app makes the experience just that much worse.

This app actually does not work — tried it several times wherever i go. It’s buggy and doesn’t allow you to set up an account. Waste of time. All these reviews are suspiciously fake

How can I say this without being bitter? The sting of going from a four bedroom house, with a full laundry room, is lessened by the wonder that our buildings machines are right outside my front door! They are quiet, too, people do laundry in the evening and late at night and I don’t hear them! Hope my adulterous husbands hottie enjoys our washer and dryer. It’s your turn to do his stinky laundry! L

Hi, I’m currently at a hotel that I frequent due to work, today I put money on my card close the door scanned it, and I realized that I forgot to put a couple items in the washer, I reopen the door and once I added the items and closed the door to press start the two was gone! So the process is to rescan the QR code which I did but then it took another two dollars to start the washer. So my question is how do I get my money back? The app has a help button and once you push the option for requesting for a refund back it’s a dead end.

We had to use this app while on a trip at the hotel laundromat. It is awful! It took over 30 minutes to set up because the keyboard screen doesn’t drop down when you are done so you can proceed to the next step. Finally had it set up & used it once. Then, like the previous review stated, when I tried to use it again, I was locked out of my account, couldn’t reset the password, it kept saying my account already existed but wouldn’t let me log in. Ended up taking my clothes to the local laundromat. Meanwhile, ShinePay has $9 of my money and I have no way to get it back!
