Shining Mask

I cannot connect it to the app. I’ve tried for hours to connect to the app, but the mask works great.

It doesn’t work at all and my favorite 1 which is the eyes just skip and don’t even show up

I’m on iPhone and I try to connect it but it ain’t connecting, and I read the manual so I did everything it told me to do, but it’s still not showing up on my Bluetooth.

I cannot even get the app to complete downloading onto my device!!!

Amazing works nicely only thing I would recommend would be: 1. Have it search or manual access to a folder with music in case the auto search doesn’t work (in this case it doesn’t work) 2. Make images allowed to rotate when adjusting diy and not just zooming in and out left to right and being able to rotate it in some way 3. Maybe also make one where you can draw and make a mask for yourself (which is also one thing it also came with but doesn’t) 4. Just make some moving emotion emojis (Extra for people buying the mask or downloading the app: the mask doesn’t play music, the mask does make a slight buzzing noise not very loud to notice when taking though, can be very tight might need to buy more longer velcro straps, but everything else works perfectly fine and great just wished they had these other things!)

I see a lot people who say the app doesn’t load, the “loading bar” on the bottom is the mask’s brightness! You just need to connect your phone to the mask with one of the buttons and the people in the middle of the screen is where you customize. The app worked fine but I could only have 1 DIY photo at a time. I hope this helps people who are confused.

4.5 stars. The text-to-speech feature is problematic; the text appears inverted initially but returns to normal after a while. However, the app overall is still cool.
