ALL of the hair color that I have dyed looks different after the new update. WTF?!

I love playing this game very much but after the new event: golden dynasty. It kicks me out every damn time when i try to continue the events story thing. I’ve tried so many times and it just won’t let me continue it. This has happened to me many times and its getting really annoying. 3,5/5 stars because i really do love this game but it is hard to play if it won’t even let me play it

I am VIP13 player and I must say that this pace is ridiculous. And more annoying is that you don’t listen your players. You have before said to trust you and you hear us but now we are here again: trying to get your attention so you can AGAIN explain why you don’t want to listen your players. Us paying players can’t even keep up with this timeline. Please don’t again say to trust you IF YOU WILL STILL DO THE SAME IN THE FUTURE. And for everyone else who are considerating to start playing: the developers are after only your money and won’t care your opinions. The events reruns are pretty rare at this point and now we are getting very expensive events back to back. You don’t have a time to collect more dias.

It’s a fun game, let’s start with that. But it takes so much data it’s insane. Right now we are up to 13+ GBs and it’s about to fill my storage. My iPad (what I play on because I like the larger screens) only has 64 GB and my phone has 128. Naturally I’d want to switch my account over to my phone, but since it was created using an Apple ID there is nothing I can do. I have spent tons of money on this game, probably over a hundred dollars, and now everything is going to be lost. I’ve tried looking though every in app settings, but found nothing that could guarantee my accounts safety. Nothing I searched gave me any pleasant answers (mostly saying I’m just gonna lose everything). And I couldn’t even find a way to connect tech support or reach out about the issue. Maybe I’ll get lucky and this will finally garner some attention. But overall, I wouldn’t get the app unless you had 128 GB or it was the only app you ever planned on getting. I, however, also use this iPad for school and neither of those options are available for the device I’m limited to. If I could even just add an email to the account I’m sure this would be resolved, but I can’t. All in all, you’re stuck.

I love this game, but I had taken a break for several months and uninstalled the app. When I recently returned to the game, I logged in with my account and my save was gone. I was started from the beginning. I continued on restarting but the more I’ve since been playing, the more I realize just how far back I am. I had that account for a few years, so I had gotten very far in the game and had built up a large clothes inventory. I had also put a lot of money into the game, definitely over $100, and I would really like to get that back. I would rate the game 5 stars if I could get it back

Used to work sometimes but now has constant server issues regardless of my cell service or wifi and there’s no way to try a different server or anything, just closes the app. Really disappointing.

I love this game and the template feature, but I have two problems. First, server time outs during new releases due to heavy traffic. Second, the template feature puts all the objects in but they are scattered around. Moving things into the right place can be hard. I pick the sticker from the list, and when I try to move it, it moves something else. So a more accurate template copy please.

I got the game and it was loading for a long time then it was done I got so excited then it just showed a picture I couldn’t even play like whenever I saw it I felt so happy 😁 but no do not get the game
