Shinobi RPG Reviews

Valiant attempt but...

The screen resolution was a bit small on my device; however, the story was interesting and the characters were likable. One of my biggest cons were the battle scenes. In my opinion, they were slow, repetitive, and quite boring. As for the touch controls, they are clunky and heavily flawed; gamers will find it difficult to maneuver their players or to perform simple directional movements. Nevertheless, I view this as a valiant attempt (yet not enough) by an RPG maker mv developer and give this game a generous 2 out of 5.

Great short game. Good game to pass the time.

Why hasn’t this game gotten more love?

It’s a lot of fun. Its made pretty well, unlike what a comment below states. Its a retro game with a retro feel. You’re a Shinobi tasked with eliminating monsters from a temple You get a pretty decent array of powers from the get go. I haven't gained any new abilities but you do level up. Its worth a try.

Great to see RPG Maker MV game in action!

I really liked this game!

It had great visuals! The placement and the usefulness of all the items were really solid! It progressed really well too. I version of this game but 5x more in gameplay would be really good!

One of the best mobile games!

As a fan of fictional ninjas, I love it! But as a fan of real ninjas, I hate it! Either way it is a great game! It is also really short. So I ask that the developer can make a second game, it can be short again but as long as it leads up to something big and awesome!

Horrible

Atrocious map and game design. The battles feel boring and repetitive. And the lack of a good story doesn’t help.

It’s ok....

I love what the level was like and having to jump around was a neat concept but when you had to battle it wasn’t it’s brightest moments...

Nice Sample Game

This was an interesting game that demonstrated some of the quality and playability of RpgMaker MV's port to the iPhone. It was about 3 hours of game play, with a single mission, well worth the free download and the time to play it. I expect this is a sample of what Watermark RPG will be releasing and look forward to a longer game.
