“Disappointing Experience with Delivery and Customer Service”
Unfortunately, my experience with this company didn’t meet expectations. Scheduled delivery times weren’t accurate, causing considerable inconvenience. Additionally, I was repeatedly accused of being unresponsive despite my consistent efforts to communicate, and the customer service experience was below the expected standard. I hope the company makes improvements in these areas to provide a better experience for their clients.

Based on my experience, this is the worst delivery company in the UAE.
Very late in delivery and timing
Why to confirm the timing of delivery when it will be delayed for long time after that , and the delivery is handling the packages from one to another instead of delivering it !!!!
Worst “Delivery” Service
It has been over two weeks (!) since the package has arrived to their facility and they have “attempted” delivery. They keep rescheduling, with the notes reading that they reached the location and attempted delivery (no one has come, my building security and I can both attest to this). Their notes read that they attempted to call and there has been no answer. I have my call logs - no one has called. There are absolutely no missed calls. Their notes read that I “want to reschedule.” I most certainly do not. No matter how many times I’ve used their live chat asking them to give my number to the driver (who should have it already, frankly as the delivery details remain exactly the same), absolutely nothing happens. I can’t believe this is an actual company - there are no words for the lack of professionalism. Truly appalled.
the worst terrible experience
This is the worst express company I have ever met and I don’t want to use its service even one more time.
The package was delayed three days, and every time there is a status updated in the delivery system “Delivery Failed” and then marked “Want to reschedule ”, but actually I didn’t even get a call or short message from the courier.
I contact the customer service to ask the reason and the courier’s phone number, what’s a ridiculous reply, they don’t have their courier’s number, continuously reply feel sorry, apologize ,their courier is on the way.

they gave me a date to deliver my order , and it shows in the live tracking that the delivery guy has arrived to my place but i didn't receive any call and he didn't ring the doorbell or anything , then i received a message saying that they tried to reach me but couldn't that's why they rescheduled my order !! When i call them to ask for a number or anything to contact the delivery guy they say that they don't have it ! it doesn't make any sense that the company doesn't know their driver's number ! The worst thing is that the same thing happened for TWO DAYS ! I don't usually write reviews but it seriously made me so angry ! they keep repeating that they will deliver it fast and one of them even said that if not today it will be delivered tomorrow ! this was from two days now !!
