Sometimes asks for chassis size, but then they don’t let you select size and you can’t proceed! Someone please fix this. Very annoying!

The ShipCSX mobile application provides customers anywhere/anytime access to updates on the status of their rail shipments from an iPhone. Customers can retrieve up-to-date information about their shipments using Trace by equipment, Trace by location, and Train Trace, or send information to CSX using the Inventory Management Switch Request features.
ShipCSX mobile allows trucking company customers to enter information about freight to be dropped and picked up at the CSX terminals through the XGate part of the application, providing a more efficient experience at the terminals.
ShipCSX Mobile is designed with our supply-chain and logistics conscious business customers in mind. For security reasons, only authenticated CSX customers can access shipment information through the application.

Still not working on iphone
This application dose not deserve one star Most of time over the years dos not work on iPhone??
Drop-down not working for chassis size and app freezing up and won’t allow bar code to appear
App freezing up when you get to were It asked chassis size and stops and will not let you go and get a bar code to ingate into terminal threw x- gate! And fix this!!!

This app is terrible right along with the Bedford park IL location. The app is too limited and not user friendly. If there’s no room to park we should be able to use the app to indicate an alternate parking spot for dropped trailers and even to look up trailers. The app and Yard location both need a massive overhaul to be more user/trucker friendly.
App is Outdated. Not user friendly
Have to depend on their customer service help instead of solely troubleshooting on app.
Really Nice app
I’m a railfan and I look at the schedules for the trains sometimes they are wrong but most of the time it work’s perfect fine and it’s a great app!
Needs improvements
Cannot fix any errors. Can’t cancel out gates or erase when gated out by driver assistance

Minor update
If I’m missing the rating of giving it a 5 star it is because the font and writing is hard to read especially for a truck driver. Most of drivers are usually over 40 so I would take that into consideration.
