You guys have some changes to make frl. Some of your employees in Miami ( West D.) are disrespectful, and they can’t even give right informations about the deliveries. And also would they tell me that it would take like 15-20 days for my package to get to destination (boat) when it takes more than one month? And also why would you guys add the merge package option for you to send only one box? Thank you.
