Pity that difficulty levels for each Clan is fixed. Please allow players to set difficulty levels for every clan

I have been playing this game for 1 week now. Its a GREAT game! I loved it. Love the Japanese voice over in Samurai Generals and their fellow foot soldiers. Excellent! Please create an option to allow the Introductory Male Voice Over to speak in Japanese when he is talking about the brief history of Sengoku Jidai (in the very beginning before the game starts).... I have not the chance to buy Ninja yet. Would be GREAT if Ninja could be used to secretly kill TOP generals.... Overall, this is a GREAT game. Highly recommend this game to my friends! Excellent game. 5 STARS!

Great game! Pity I competed it within a day.

Good engaging strategy gameplay. Problem is the amount rice needed and hence the gold to buy it, is ridiculous. The gold from a victory is abt 200 gold. But to buy 1 unit of Calvary is also 200 gold. Not including the casualties which u have to replace, u too need to heal the soldiers and upgrade the towns and buy rice. Plus as u grow your army, and acquire town, the rice required is exponential bottomless pit. All that, so that u buy gold and watch their ads. Too excessive.

Not much was put into this game. It feels weak and it was not nearly as entertaining as I hoped it would be. I was looking for a good samurai game and this looked promising but was very disappointing. Don’t download it.

I have played this game for years. I like it a lot. I have paid for ad-free, and several other premium features. The price was good. Finally, I’d played everything and decided I wanted to start over. That’s when the problems began. It took away all my premium features and the bank I had developed over the years. Ok, I decided to re-purchase the premium features so I could get to the campaign game. All good, so far. That was yesterday. Today, I launch the game and I have no premium features and can only choose the beginner game. Now, I am going to have to go through Applepay and stop my payments. You people really need to develop a method for starting over that doesn’t take away everything. This is ridiculous.

I love strategy games and this is one of the best. Simple to understand, slow easy start and allows you to pick up the pace. The units have great graphics for battle and moving around the map and fun to watch. Yes, there are ad’s and an option to play 30sec videos for extra gold. However, I love that I can play this with no internet/wifi connection to avoid the ad’s. Great for plane rides. Love the game and look forward to playing similar games from this developer. Download and try it out!

This game is one of my all-time favorite mobile games, and I think it has so much potential to become one of those big grand strategy games on PC or console. Just please keep adding new stuff. I would be so sad if you stopped updating it. Speaking of adding new stuff, I have a few ideas, if you don’t mind. Number one: I think it would be cool if you made the map bigger and added more factions. In doing so, I think you should add the island of Kyushu. Number two: I also think you should find a way to add naval combat and ships. I think this would be really fun and interesting. Number three- I also think that you should find a way to make it so that you can have 30 units in an army. Giant hex battles would be really cool. Number Four - I think it would be really cool if different events happened each month. Bad or good. For example, it is January, you receive a message that because of harsh snows, the monkey population has moved into our villages and towns. They are smart and mischievous and are causing trouble for our clan. Should introduce a bounty ? Or let them stay. If you introduce a bounty you will lose some money over the next few days and your honor would decrease. But if you let them stay, when spring and summer come, rice will become more expensive because much of it is stolen from the monkeys. This is a bit of a silly example but you get the idea. Thank you for making this game. You Rock.

fr like best mobile game amazing balance of economy so your not too over or underpowered even when playing as powerful clans

You start off with the tutorial (easy) mode for 1 of 3 scenarios. Once you finish the tutorial, the next time you play it, it seems to automatically progress to the (slightly) harder mode for the 3 scenarios. There are no other scenarios available (I even paid the $0.99 to unlock all scenarios), so that was disappointing. There doesn’t seem to be a way to manually select difficulty levels either. The game play, for me at least, was fairly easy to master. I preferred building up my economy before attacking, then ensuring all my troop units got an upgrade before ending the battle. Upgraded general permits more units. Upgraded units are stronger. Try to get a dock as early as possible because a Lv 5 dock gives you access to cannons. A Lv 5 castle gives you firearms. A Lv 5 horse statute gives you better cavalry. Once I got my cannon and heavy cav upgrade, I just used a 1+ unit general with 2 cannons, 2 bow cav, and the rest heavy cav, and that army was unbeatable. You’ll need a strong economy to sustain that Amy though. The rest of the time, I found you can prop up your economy and lands faster by just making alliances, starting trading, then buying as many of the AI’s farms, villages, mines, docks, and horse statues as possible. When you buy rather than fight for them, you get them already maxed out in most cases, so you save on upgrade costs. Just make sure you keep checking on you tax rates and have armies covering you new lands so you don’t lose them to riots. I also found that for armies that you’re protecting territories with, all you need is a general and a couple of cheap troops. I usually chose the general that gives a decreased cost buff for garrison duties. So anyway, went though this a few times already. It’s missing the ability to select more challenging levels and different scenarios.
