Bad Service

I have ordered C4 Energy Drink from USA, and as per Aramex’s “stupid” rules that it wont be shipped outside US. Therefore, I have asked to return it to the seller and the cost of shipping was 52% of the total cost of the whole package. So, I had ask them to discard the item. Shop&ship are becoming really bad in their service.

Password

App and website are by far the worst, apparently I have created an account a while back but have forgotten my credentials, I have tried both the website and App to try and reset the password, for it to come back and say error. I have tried creating a new account but it won’t allow me, stating that the email account is already registered, I have changed it to another email and yet another issue preventing me to register as my phone number is already registered! I mean what exactly do you want me to do!!!! I have tried constantly to reset my password but to no avail! Big fail! Good thing I haven’t subscribed/ used the App before, and I believe I won’t be! If there is less than a star to rate I would have!

لي اسبوع احاول تسجيل الدخول عن طريق تطبيق الايفون ولكن لا يقبل الدخول مع العلم بتغيير الرقم السري عدة مرات وايضا لا يوجد استجابة من الشركة لحل المشكلة
