تم تقديم طلب تمويل سياره اكسنت مرتين ولم يتم تواصل نهائيا ولما ادخل تطبيق قائمة سيارات محجوزه لا يوجد شي ولم يتم الرد منهم حتى لو اعتذار لعدم الموافقة أتمنى تتطور حسابكم .

جشع وارباح خرافية وغير معقولة كثيرة عليكم نجمة .

From my personal experience with motory I would recommend everyone to not buy any car from them. I have purchased Hyundai Grand i10 from them last week on 1st Oct-2023, after driving the car for 1 day I feel like an ugly sound is coming from engine. Before purchasing the car they said the car is 100% fit. There is no issue in the car even you can check the inspection report, which they give fake report. And they said we don't sell a car which has issue. When I informed them that the car has issue then they ask me to contact the warranty company to claim. And the worst part is they didn't give me the warranty from Abdul Latif Jameel or any other certified comapny. They gave warranty from Hemaya Company, which totally a worst comapny. Hemaya send me to a workshop which is totally un certified, when I reached workshop there were already 4-5 people arguing with thw owner that their car has not been fixed properly. Before buying the car they didn't inform me that the warranty will be from 3rd party not from Abdul Latif Jameel or Hyundai. I made wrong decision to buy car from Shop By Motory. It's very disappointing. Even if I am trying to call the customer care they make my wait for 15-20 minutes and even after this much wait they don't pass the call to the customer service agent. Please whoever read my feedback, think 100 times before you invest your money in Shop By Motory.
