Shop Kmart Low Prices For Life

Sort by function no longer works. Not sure if this has broken in an update but it has been happening for a few weeks now. It makes it very difficult to shop. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still no improvement.

I would have thought being such a big company that this app would be perfect by now. Appreciate the ability to add to cart from searches rather than having to go into the item. Should be able to add to favourites from search as well. App is very slow and worst of all kills my battery and my phone over heats.

Hi Kmart I love your app but there is 1 issue particularly that is so annoying. I find myself keep deleting and re downloading your app because I can open my shopping cart 1 time then if I try and open it again it is stuck on a loading screen and I have turned my phone on and off shut down the app but I think it’s just a glitch and yes I have tried to just wait for it to load but it just isn’t loading please fix this issue as I am so annoyed at re downloading the app

Horrendous!! Have not been able to use this app in ANY WAY for MONTHS! When I'm actually capable of signing in, using either e-mail or OnePass, practically everything returns a Bad Request 404. I've given up and deleted app and will go back to just using the website from the beginning. Might try downloading again in another few months, but 100% pointless right now!! 🤯

I ordered interstate on the afternoon of the 19th December my order was not available from the one store and was shipped from two stores Both shipments where made by the Friday and arrived on the Monday a whole day before Christmas Well done Kmart and a very big thank you Highly recommend

Download app to look for something in store cos they have no staff to help. Internet in store is that bad app don’t work. I give up with Kmart. Will get what I need from Amazon

For god’s sake, this is still not fixed after years!!! Pathetic! It signs me out automatically, but sign in page no longer works for email address and password. Good way to win your customers.

Wonderful experience, how can a store be so amazing?

Ive used this app many many times. Ive had enough patience to bear with the horrible backend of this web app. It has loading issues, server issues, running issues, memory usage issues, caching issues, reloading and refreshing issues, horrible lag, gets DDoS’d when there are too many shoppers lol, it’s just a really bad app. Ive used so many and too many iOS apps for my own good, and for shopping purposes it’s ebay and amazon and woolworths they are very good. But, for some reason, it is simply this kmart app, and in fact entire DevOps backend on the Kmart website itself, that is horrible and not well engineered/configured/optimised. Just get rid of the app, and stick to the website, and first improve the running capabilities of that website first, then move onto the Swift coded kmart app. You create a bad user experience for your Kmart shoppers when they try to do normal shopping behaviours and then there are sooooo many glitches and bugs, even in the back button or refresh buttons or the changing of payment methods buttons. It’s so buggy.
