At one point the equipment on your heroes break so fast that it’s almost game breaking, and the easy repair feature is locked behind a monthly sub. If it wasn’t for this exploitative p2w feature I would have considered buying from the shop but supporting this type of micro transaction is painful

Literally haven’t played on my account since 2021 (on a different device). I couldn’t log in, so I reached out to support  and over a week, they helped me get my old account back. So happy because I had so much progress. Love this game and the support team is the best support team for a game I’ve seen thus far. Thanks Shop Titans!!

Everyone giving this a five star rating has been playing for a month tops. I’ve been playing this game for 5 years now. It use to be good. Emphasis on use to. Micro transactions are a must. If you don’t have a premium monthly sub you miss out on all the additional rewards including keys, gems, ascension shards etc. 
The marketing scheme behind the premium is genius. They drop a key in the locked spot when questing, every single time if you don’t have premium. When you buy it, the keys are scarce to drop at all. 

On to the game itself. Yea it’s fun to pass the time, however over 5 years there hasn’t been much movement on improving the game for end game players. It’s become a boring game with only cosmetic upgrades rather than focusing on developing it further. The events are outdated and useless to end game players. 

Their discord is filled with fan boys who pounce on anyone with an issue. They don’t care about their community, but focus more on seeing how much money they can swindle from users. They ban anyone who tries to bring up valid points. Trust me. Avoid this rabbit hole.

This is a fantastic game and offers weeks of free play before becoming pay to win.  I would have no issue at all with this *except* that Kabam is constantly introducing new ways to spend money without properly testing and the game crashes with every update.  For the amount of money that players spend, a little pre-testing doesn't seem like an unreasonable expectation.
