Defective items
All defective items are kept for sale. When we report it is defective just close ticket saying that item is delivered as mentioned is description. I ordered multiple items in single order and all of them were defective and they didn’t eleven accept for return. This is first and worsts experience with any such online shopping. I prefer Amazon. Do not go with the prices. It might be less but there is no point of buying defective pieces. And there is no proper customer support to explain our issue. Only email support is which they usually respond with templated responses and just close the tickets
